We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family of Hoff's, Cook's and Truett's. Good food and good times were had by all. Looking at the food again makes me wish it wasn't over.
The week prior to Thanksgiving my mother-in-law fell and cut her eye on the corner of a metal wastebasket. She did some real damage and the Dr.'s keep saying that she probably won't see out of that eye again. But we don't believe it.... we're hoping and praying for a miracle. We all feel really good about her regaining her sight. She's had one surgery to have the laceration stitched up and she'll need another one to reattach the retina.
Cade celebrated his 4th birthday on the 30th. We actually had a family party and celebrated his and his cousin Luke's birthdays together. They are one day apart. They are cute little buddies!
